Worst experience with KFC marburg

Can you give 0 stars. Worst experience with KFC marburg. I placed an order for takeaway at 11:30pm to only lead me to calling about 3 times to see how far my food was after an hour had gone by. The app said that I'd receive my order by 12:10pm at about 1:20 pm my food arrived... more than an hour after it was originally supposed to be here and more that 1 and a half hours since I place the order. I asked the driver why it took so long and he just laughed. My food was horrible. No condiments, the food was dry and cold and my coke was hot. Very disappointing!
