Worst experience thus far

I ordered a take away toasted Cheese and tomato sandwhich at KFC SA Pretoria by cnr Church and Andries street. I received my order with an egg which I'm allergic to. i found this when i got to the office and along with that was a wrong beverage order which i had to wait for an additional time for. Worst experience thus far, i am on medication and still haven't eating anything so that i can take my medication. And yet i am still expected to give R2 for hope
