worst experience of my life at kfc

We went to to KFC fourways, ordered 3 meal for my wife, my daughter and I. After placing our order about 7 people came in after the woman in the front proceeded to take everyones orders and I could see our food ready and waiting I could also the the people at the drive through working furiously and about 6 cars had gone through. When I asked what's going on? The lady rudely said I was busy making the coffee as if she was doing us a favour. I immediately asked for my money back and left. As this was the second time that I have received bad service there...
