Worst experience I've ever had at KFC (Mc Clear KFC)

This morning I went to Mc Clear KFC, it was generally not busy whist I was there but it took me over 25 minutes to get my order (dunked wings) which I had ordered online. The staff was cold and unfriendly. Some items I had ordered were not available no apology or alternatives were offered. The staff had no sense of urgency at all. I hated every moment I spent in there😤😤, I didn't even have the energy complain. When I finally got my order I told them it was the worst service I've ever gotten, even then no one saw the need to apologize 🙄
