Worst experience in kfc chatsworth Centre

Kfc chatsworth Centre worst service and experience ever!! Purchased a streetwise for my 1year old just to take it home n it's ice cold cold the store and spoke to the manager named fortunate she replaced the streetwise 1 with a streetwise 2 clearly not the case they service stinks after that while getting the meal I requested to by 4 ice-creams and before I left tasted one it was sour when I told the guy at the drive through he looked at me took the ice cream and gave my money back he never apologized or anything worst damn customer service how do this kinda people even get employed when they can't even some any empathy
