Worst Experience ever at Drive Thru

So I went to the KFC drive through In Centurion on John Vorster Avenue 2 weeks ago and got the worse service ever I’m my life. It was on a Friday evening just after 8pm and we order 2 x dunked crunch burger box meals We literally waited 30 minutes, yes a whole 30 mins. No one apologised or told us there might be a delay. They just ignored us as they were chatting and having conversations and just informing us. It’s late and I was with my child and this was image and the worse I even took a video as proof

Unacceptable customer service !!!!!
