Worst Experience Ever

We are highly disappointed with KFC Garden Route Mall.

We ordered 2 x Colonel Burger Meals on Thursday and it was amazing..

Ordered the same again today, just to get smaller, dry meals thrown together. When I asked the manager about the smaller burger his response was : Oh sorry we ran out of big buns."

We are really disappointed and don't think we will return any time soon, especially after receiving a sms to say the are contacting me and can get hold of me but there's been no missed calls or anything...
