Worst experience ever.

I ordered a bucket of KFC online around 17:29 and I got to the store at 18:15 and was told to wait since the meat was not ready. When the meat was ready they started serving other customers which were there and I asked how come they serve people who just order when I order an hour ago and I was told my order just came in 10 minutes ago, I showed the manager my order confirmation sms with the time but did not consider that instead they told me I’ll have to wait even though I paid online an hour ago. I told the manager to rather give me my order or refund and he just gave me a refund without saying anything. I’m very disappointed in KFC and after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever order from KFC again.
