Worst experience ever!

I was at kfc Orlando Buying street wise 2 i was helped by a lady called sindi I politely asked her to choose a drum stick and thigh for me of which i had my own reasons why i choose that she said I'm not allowed to choose for myself the ladies at the back will choose for me, it's not my first time getting kfc and actually asking which meat i prefer, instead i got a wing and a breast the opposite of what i actually asked i don't know if she did that on purpose or what but i am not happy with the service that was given to me.
