Worst experience

Had the worst experience at KFC in Langebaan yesterday . We arrived at the store just after 4 buying 7 Lunch boxes and 2 caramel sundae's . Our order had been ready for 10 minutes before going to query the receipt thereof - it was standing above the salamander . 5 meals received 500ml cooldrinks and 2 meals 350ml cooldrinks , why ?. The 2 sundae's we ordered , one costed R16.90 and the 2nd one R24.90 , for the exact same thing ?

Upon arriving back to our holiday accommodation , besides our burgers so dry and our chips being golden brown , dry and unseasoned (old chips) , there was no serviettes , tomato sauce or salt .

The store in one word - Chaotic , but not the organised kind . 2 Managers on shift but no order ? Yolande , your manager , rather insisted on belittling her trainee infront of customers , in a condescending tone . Blatantly rude , blunt , no people s****s , just utterly disgusting .

This store has given me the worst experience to date , and I do not anticipate another visit .
