Worst ever

This is the email i wrote to KFC customer service, i still didnt receive a response not even an apology!

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely dissatisfied by the service i received today.

I went to KFC in Colorado Mitchells plain

1. I had two workers working on my property today. I told them they could choose anything they wanted,they wanted the All star lunch box. I get home to see that instead of the crunch burgers they put in snack burgers in both of the meals (mind u it was a chicken patty and a little mayo) no lettuce or anything. I paid for it to come with crunch burgers not snack burgers!

2. I call the branch and ask to speak to the manager. Lelaka the cashier tells me shes the manager and passes me between two people while im speaking. The worst part is she tells me "maybe we didn't have crunch burgers that's why we gave you snack burgers" and she drops the phone in my face.

3. Seperately i ordered a zinger burger meal. She asks me if i want a bottle or cup (she does not tell me the buddy is more expensive). Fine i dont mind paying extra but atleast tell me! To top it off, i was charged R67.90 for a zinger meal with a buddy. Now if the meal is R54.90 with a cup, are you telling me that to upsize from a cup to a bottle is R13? Then i couldve just bought a meal for R54.90 AND another coke seperately. How can i be charged R13 to upsize from a bottle to a cup.

4. And then to top it off the all star lunch boxes i purchased, its usually around R59, I paid R64.90 each, AND i was charged seperately for the buddy cokes, so how can you charge me for the buddy cokes AND increase the price of the meal. Im already paying R64.90 for the buddy why charge me a extra R2 for the cokes.

I am really unhappy and i will be sure to put this all over social media and hello peter.
