Worst ever experience at a KFC

My friend and I visited the KFC in Sarnia Road Pinetown on Sunday 27 September 2015 at around 19H30. There was complete chaos in the store, and drunk customers were also shouting in line. Only 1 till was open and the poor staff could not cope with the customers nor with producing the food. People told me that they had already been waiting for over 30 minutes to receive their food. After waiting 15 minutes to place my order (which was a small order), I still had to wait another 45 minutes to get the food. Customers were becoming impatient and later on customers kept on demanding where there food is. Staff kept on bringing food and placed it on the counter where they were trying to sort it out according to the order numbers on the till slip. I am from Pretoria, visiting Durban, and was indeed highly disgusted at this non-service. Other customers were demanding their money back. I did complete the survey online - but nobody has called me???
