Worst, Disgusting Service Ever

Kfc Watergate Mitchell's Plain, I was told to wait for my Wings, then after 15 minutes I was told I must wait for Fillets as I ordered Colonel Burger as well. I was asked if I don't want Zinger fillet and asked why they said normal fillet will take 3 minutes then I said no its fine I will wait for my original fillet since they guy said its 3minutes....Guess what I was standing there for another 20 minutes and they **** first saying its Zinger wings that is causing the delay. I had to ask for refund as I was standing there for long and the Manager kept on going back and forth and cashier just ignored me as if I dont exist. Manager said he does have a finger to authorise the refund and guess what the staff were laughing at me in front of their Manager. I have never be so disrepected like as a customer worst part in front of the person who is calling himself a Manager. Standing for more than 30 minutes for a fillet and staff laughing at you. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM KFC
