worst disaster

I bought a meal at kfc foresthill, unfortunately the meat was not fully cleaned , it had the chicken feathers and it was like it was fried with ice, It was smelling and not well cooked ,it had blood inside , I don't know if that's how kfc cooks their meal this days , I took photos. Im unfortunately not happy with the service also , I bought for the first time and was not happy , but because I've trusted kfc for long now , I bought again at foresthill , worst disaster. If only they can start by improving their level of service then cooking part .
