Worst customer service recieved by KFC

<p>myself and family loves KFC</p> <p><br />myself and my sister went there for lunch, i ordered food and then asked the cashier to remove that order because we wanted a larger meal instead. which costs more than our first order. the cashier gave me a look that would ****. i felt so bad and apologised and sked her if she was angry that i changed my order, and she rep**** yes with a very angry look. im really shocked i wanted to cancel my order but did not allow me to .. i asked for the manager and she says to me that the cashier has a right to be angry ! im SHOCKED at this behaviour.... i really dont think me and my family will step foot in that kfc again</p> <p><br />Gatesville branch cape town </p>
