Worst customer service ever

Ive had the worst customer service ever, i made a first order and when i went there a manager told me that he can't help me because he dont see my order, i made a second order and still he told me that he cant see it and he cant help me, i end up calling customer care where they told me that they can see my order i must give an employee a phone she want to talk ro them they all refuse i end up putting my phone on a speaker. I went there from 4pm and and end going home at 18:39. Themeli gave me the worst service ever, please this guy need coaching as customer its not good to and i wont be happy to go there again.
