worst customer service ever

<p>I was just at KFC bloemfontein. The one next to stadium. I have never been so discusted with horrible service. Siyting in the drive thru at the collection counter. No one greets us or anything. Half an hour into sitting and staring at a window. We grew impatient trying to get someones attention, but the employees stared at us without saying anything just continueing there work. My kids fell asleep waiting for the dinner as iy was taking so long. We got our food without any apology or anything. My husbamd stoped the car to speak to the manager. And hes reply was what are you waiting for. The time I waisted in the drive thru I could have enjoyed a nice meal in a resturant. My food was falling out of the boxes. If this is the service we can expect from KFC I would not recommend them again to anyone. </p>
