Worst Customer Service

Today around 06H30 in the morning I pull up the KFC drive thru. Placed the order and processed to pay. Afer paying we had to wait over 20 minutes for our meal. The worst part is that we were the only customer at KFC. After getting our meal, then the we are told that they don't have sugar. How do you run a multi billion organization and don't have sugar for your customers. I will never go back to the KFC at edenglen it's directly opposite the Virgin Active and right next to burger King. The buzzer was beeping cos we were waiting so long no one cared the manager was on duty and he also didn't care.
