Worst customer service

I had the worst experience at this KFC and it seems that they are not even worried about it. I ordered online and got the order number, and the funds were deducted. It was a collection because their delivery system was down. Got there 10 later as per the app, only to find out that the store is closing, and my order could not be found. The manager said that there was nothing in the system Eventually after almost an hour I received my food only for the order to be incorrect. I pointed out to the cashier that this mistake happened once before, and she should double check, and the lady just walked away. Management at that KFC is so inexperienced or so it seems that they would rather walk away that dealing with customer issues
