Worst customer service and food

I had the worst customer service ever!!! I complained about meals we had at the store. stood nearly 40 mins in the drive through. once we got home it was the most horrible we had ever got from that Kfc. it was oily, had no taste at all.. as if it was frozen and fried. I called made a complaint and was promised the senior manager would call me back on Friday.. to the day I have not heard from any senior persons at kfc regarding my compliant . Its unacceptable and unprofessional. we definitely will not support that kfc again
