Worst customer service

Heee I am 1 unlucky person yazi when it comes to these retail stores, last at around 16:30 bought a meal at kfc in vincent park that comes with 3 sharing side I ordered via the Mr D app ok waited and the food arrived was at home that time and after the driver dropped off the food went out to a friend's house then left my sister and uncle plus the kids they continued without me they ate the food but as they were eating my sister said something was off with the chicken then she didn't eat her second piece and when I got back my sister told me about the problem she has regarding the food and I thought I should taste it and the taste was awful during that time didn't have data nor airtime to call and complain and I stay far from the store so the only thing I could think was to throw the food away and by me doing that didn't know at that time I was doing something wrong as I was trying to avoid the fact that one of my kids might take a piece and eat it
