Worst customer service
This is the second time my order does not arrive. I reached out to the KFC team today regarding my order that was set to be delivered at 14:18,I reached out to customer services and was told I was going to be calles back within 5 minutes,I was called staating the drivers scooter broke and that my order will be replaced immediately. It's 16:12 and still no communication and NO ORDER!!!. KFC hindle road wheres my order

29 Jan 2025, 16:51I was promised that a redelivery would take place,i assume a fresh order would be send out but NO a cold order was dropped and not a fresh one. I WANT MY REFUND
