WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a bad experience with KFC Hartfield/Gateway, experienced a bad service - every time we place an order, there is always something missing and I have to call and complain and also on the phone you want for long only for them to play around when you on the line and tell you when the order is out with the driver it is no longer their problem, how rude is that ? The manager there as well she is just the same as all her other subordinates - the other day our order didn't get to us and they didn't care, till today we haven't received an order from 20 January.
