Worst customer service

I did a online order at KFC and received my order from KFC Wonderboom. I was not happy at all with the food. I was compliant on the KFC online survey as well as sending an email, but definitely KFC DOES NOT LISTEN as stated on auto response email.

This was the worst ever packed and portioned for the price paid.

There with we didn't even received any salt or catchup but rather a s****.

Please look at the photos making your own decisions if I'm unreasonable with my complaint or not.

Pops - 1 box 3/4 full other box 1/2 full Chips - boxes not filled as for large but for regular

Not the chips or the Pops were Chrispy and non of the food steamed warm.
