Worst Customer service

So I was at KFC in Bedworth hyper. I ordered 15 pieces from a guy called Zachariah. I paid for my order and after about 2 minutes I asked to change my order to 10 piece family treat. I was told that's not possible. They then called the manager I think. She asked what's the problem I told her what happened and she said they can't void or cancel orders. She then canceled my order and gave me my money. OK I then attempted to place another order and the manager instructed the cashier not to serve me.i waited from 18:58 until I left about 40 minutes later without being served. I buy at that store all the time and I donate my R2 all the time but today I was treated like trash.i walked back home with 2 kids because KFC manager and staff wouldn't serve me. I had to send someone to buy for me when I got home. That's KFC service for u
