Worst Customer service

I planned an event on the 1st March for 80 guests, I placed an order on the 27th with KFC Campus Square Auckland park for 40 Streetwise 2 with 2 mini loafs.I called again on Thursday to confirm the collection , The agreement was that I will collect on Friday at 10:AM as the event was starting at 13:00. Boooooom!!! when I arrive KFC was closed. No Communication no nothing , the Manager had our contact but failed to call us and tell us to have another option. Believe me it was the worst customer service experience i ever received from any KFC. If you know what is good for you never rely on KFC campus square for serious events they are so not professional. you can even loose opportunities if you tendering.There is lack of managerial s****s.
