Worst customer service

Yesterday (31/12/2018) I went to KFC Delmas to get something to eat before going to bed since I had a long day and didn’t have energy to make something to eat. I got to KFC before 20:45 and the door was still open. I waited to place an older only to be told around 20:57 that they are no longer taking orders. I tried to plead with the ladies to at least help me since they kept me waiting while I could have gone somewhere and get something. The ladies didn’t even have time for me she kept telling me they are closing at 21:00. I couldn’t understand why they never made it clear when I got in or close the door to stop people from coming in. I really didn’t understand how an established business like this treats customers like this.
