Worst customer experience from KFC

I ordered online streetwise5 × 2 and instead of receiving 10 pieces, I received 9 pieces. I complaint and after 2 to 3 days I received call from canal walk kfc call and representative tells me to come to store to collect my one piece. What a terrible service. I refused to go to store because I ordered online and why I must go to store to collect extra piece for someone's fault. Than I complaint again. I received call next day again from customer service and lady patch me with store representative and he promised to deliver streetwise3 at my place but till now, more than 24 hours still did not receive any order. Worst service forever.
