Worst costumer service ever.

<p>I'm going to tell you the short and sweet version of my experience at kfc last night. I went through the drive through to fink out they still had to cook chicken for a zinger fully loaded box meal. I asked why they did not prepare (i was still calm at the time) then she ignored me for about 2 minutes (you speak through a machine) and when she finally spoke to me again, i asked her why she was ignoring me, then she said she was busy with another costumer. (This is NOTHING). I asked her if i can speak to the maniger when Igot to the window, i told her I'm going to wrigbt on hellopeter about the unprepared chicken and the way she was ignoring me. Then she said the chicken was cooked already, so i would not havve to wait. So i told her that im happy about that, but im very peed off because she was ignoring me, so I'm still going to hellopeter. She told me "you know what, if you want to treat us like that, I wont help you" and she turned away and walked off. I asked her to come back to get her name, but she refused!!!!!!! She just stood there staring at me. And when my meal came, i got a zinger boxmaster. So i told the lady (staff member) that i ordered a fully loaded, then the maniger soeed walked towards me like she was going to punch me, and told me i did order a boxmaster!!!!!!!!! And she kept on arguing about that. Then i had a chamce to look at her name tag. Her name is Pauline! And may i ask a favor to whoever is in charge to take care of situations like this, would you PLEASE just check on the cameras you would be able to see just by her body language how bad it was. I was there between 20:20 and 20:40 November 30 2016</p>
