Worst Chicken

I purchased a family meal from KFC in Mt Edgecombe today. I don't stay near this KFC as my son had a doctors appointment and hence we used the drive thru...i was 20 minutes and when we reached home the chicken had alot of oil in it and the chips was not cooked properly. I called the customer care department and spoke to Thando Pama who says my complaint will be escalated and I must wait 24/72 hours... I told her this is ridiculous and she had like this don't care attitude and says I will get an sms with a reference number.... so do I starve in the mean time???
