Worst cappuccino ever

good morning, I have a big concern with KFC Irene mall, I pass by there every morning to buy my breakfast, on the 13/04/2015 they served me a cold cappuccino and when I took it back they never even apologized, they just took my cappuccino and put it in a microwave and that was it, I let it slide, this morning the 14/04/2015 I went back to buy my breakfast and same thing happened and this time worse as my cappuccino was cold and had a bad taste, I took it back and they just added milk and it tasted more horrible, staff there they didn't have the decency of apologizing, all they said is the machine is not working properly, I mean for 2 days? and am I the only one whose buying their cappuccino? and why see it if the machine is not working.
