WORST BRANCH WITH *********** STAFF!!

KFC GREENSTONE and KFC SOUTH AFRICA itself, are most likely the worst ****en restaurants in joburg, this is the second incident I’ve had in a short span of time where the quality of service has been shown through the *********** staff. YOUR STAFF NEED TO FOLLOW PROCEDURE! I went to KFC Tonight and after waiting at the order box for over 10 minutes without any staff assisting I then drove through to the payment window, where we were then showed hand signals to go through to the collection window to place an order. THIS IS BULL****!!!!! This is done so that each order that is placed has enough time before it has taken too long. Fast food restaurant?! How is it fast food when you are waiting in a line with multiple cars, and the staff are only placing and preparing one meal at a time?! The first initial problem I had with KFC is that their branches state that they’re 24HRS and when you go to the restaurant you see the stFf sitting on the stores with the lights dimmed and they’re doing **** all. I hate this fast food restaurant and I cannot wait to make a blog about the shot service everyone gets
