Worst Branch Service

In one week we visited this branch to walk out with no food.The 1st visit chicken waiting time 1 hour are you serious you don't need to be a rocket scientist to monitor when more chicken need to be fried to after all a business is being run with paying customers waiting.2nd visit the customer at the teller had to inform the teller to convey what she is saying to the other customers in the queue who is waiting as they need to know.Teller shouts she is not helping any other customers with orders until the 6 people in front of her received their orders. Are we dealing with dogs or paying customers that is paying to sustain income does the company not need the customer cause I sense that the customer needs the company more. I am so fed up worse embarrassed having my kids with me. Twice in one week u joking me for years your company is supported by customers and this is the level of service you end up getting.
