worst attitude, its actually disgusting

On Saturday (Jan 15) we went to kfc in Potch (the one opposite the Mooi Rivier mall,) we got there at about 06:45, this was 45 mins after they had opened up shop. So there we are going to drive through (for the convenience of the customer - or so I thought) get to the first window, nobody there, second window, nobody there, collection window, nobody there, drive to the door in an effort to get their attention, nothing . So we try the whole thing again, and finally at second window, there's a human being. Albeit a rude one - Reboane. So this lunatic who was NOT at her work station decides she is going to shout at my husband that he didn't wait long or hoot loud enough to get her attention. *** shout at MY husband? In MY presence? Meanwhile he is the customer who did do the right thing? Not going down like that, then she walks away and refuses to serve us i.e. she refused to do her job. Dikgang her supervisor instead came to help us. Then I take to twitter to vent... KFC head office calls me, then her two line managers call me to apologize, NO. Her big mouth worked good and proper on Saturday, she was RUDE and belligerent - I want HER apology, she will not hide behind her manager
