worst and repulsive service

Worst service in my life, I went to KFC on 2nd march in century city SHELL garage and some woman named Zee with a title of area coach/area manager kept messing up my order three times i kept on coming back for her to fix my streetwise two order with breast and chips. First she added pap instead of chips after i specifically told her then she looked at me with this dont care face and didnt even apologise,after she fixed that she switched my breast with a thigh after i told her that she had done that she took the thigh in my order and said "we're out of breasts" , I told her that cant be possible she just took it a minute ago , after some time of immense arguing she finally gave me my correct order in the cheakiest manner ever and didnt acknowledge the fact the she had made a mistake or even an apology.
