Worst and most Scacy experiece at KFC

KFC Petro port N2 East. This KFC has been by far the worst experience and most scaring my two children. i arrived at KFC nandi drive at around 18:18 on the 14/07/2018 to by my family supper for the night. At 1st i was ordering the 6 piece chicken for R99, which then my partner decided to changed order to the family treat 6pc which was R159, R59 more profit for KFC, The cashier NOBUHLE who was there had gotten so angry with us that we changed this order that shouted at myself and my partner infront of our kids, Clicking her tongue and telling us to make up our mind. As a father after looking at my kids scared for their lives becasue the way she shouted i asked her are not allowed to change our order or void this, She rep**** back with so much of attitude telling us that she gets questioned everyday why they delete orders, i rep**** saying that is very weird so you are not allowed to change your order, she just rolled her eyes at me and scremed for the manager to come void the order which she scared my 4 year and 1 and a half year old as we did not grow up our children screaming and shouting infront of them. I have noticed there is camera's there, please can someone view this and let me know if KFC at Petro east treats their cusotmers like this and scared their children???? I would like to know how KFC is planning on winning myself and my family back as customers because my 1 and half year old is probably going to cry now everytime he sees the KFC logo or colounel face. I have the slip if it is still needed but i want a regional manager to just view this footage.
