Worse service or no service

I went to KFC Langenhovenpark, Bloemfontein, 17May 2015 to get some lunch for a few families, On my arrival 11:02 we were waiting for any one to actually come to a counter and take our order at 11H18 I called one of the workers and ask if somebody can just take our order where she did not even bother to answer me and I asked for the manager, a lady called Evilyn was called and explained to her my situation, I got a reply with an attitude where I was told that her other staff only arrive at 12H00 for the new shift and she just turned around. What a great way of resolving my issue,. So I left and drove to KFC Fleurdal where I just waited 5 minutes and got my food. If KFC Langenhovenpark can not deliver a service before 12H00 why open your door before then. I will strongly recommend everyone to rather not go to that KFC, rather drive 15km and receive good service
