Worse service I've ever received

I am really disappointed with the services I recieved was at KFC Nigel(Angelo mall) drive thru was assisted by a lady by the name of Refilwe whom I explained my order too she started being rude and told me I should hurry up I told her that my order is simple but she started yelling and swearing immediately when I got to the front and I asked her why is she swearing she said I am wasting her time as per my order number KFC Nigel(Angelo mall) 640 on 2023/08/23
