Worse service ever and no accountability when told.

I went to KFC JOHN VORSTER in Centurion to buy a meal. When I had to collect my food I was told that I should wait at the parking, they’ll my food because they are still cooking the chips. I told them that I will wait. Reason for me opting to wait is because they did the same before, and they keep telling me to wait and I get my food immediately if I choose not to wait at the parking lot.

They gave me my food within 1 minutes and I told them that I do. It like their style because they are repeating the same thing.

What made things worse was that when I got home, the chips were not hot at all. The same chips I was told to wait for at the front because they are still cooking.

I tried calling their number but no one answered. This is worse and they should be clear if they don’t want to service us especially using drive through. This is my closest KFC, but I would rather drive far if this is how they treat their customers. Transaction No: 315014 Doc No: IN0204T***
