WORSE SERVICE EVER

<p>How rude the service provide was and how cold the food.</p> <p>I was visiting family in Witbank this past weekend "02 October 2016". The family wanted to cook and I suggested KFC. What a dissapointment. We went to the KFC Witbank President Branch in Tambo and Mandela Streets. We placed our order and it took a few minutes. We drove through to the collection point and then the trouble started. We spend about 30 minutes at this point. Firstly the Ice cream with sauce was wrong and then the man that served us "1016 Tshepiso" left to look for something and just never returned. Someone else helped us. The food was left standing on the inside. When they gave us the food to us we drove to the nearest parking to check that the order was right, after they said everything was there. I found that the food was cold and they did not put my hot wings in. I took all the food back and spoke to the lady at the counter and she called someone to help me. I explained what the problems where, they gave me my hotwings immediately, but did nothing about the cold food.</p> <p>I love KFC and I have always received great service. Paying R354.80. My sister gave her icecream for a credit back as they did not give what was requested and they just did not even go and check for what she wanted. I am afraid to say, that buying from KFC is not worth it. I work for a huge Tv Company and i already wrote about my disapointment this weekend. </p> <p> </p> <p>I hope no one else will have the same experience</p>
