Worse Service Ever!!

If you like absolutely horrible service KFC @ the San Marco Center is the place to go! Really - on more that 5 occasions i have experienced this **** attitude from staff and even worse the **** service they provide. And every time i go back saying - maybe they changed - maybe somethings has improved... If they don't get the orders wrong, you get told that oh no sorry we can't help you this special is finished - WHAT??? - WHY is it being advertised when there's no more special??

Today i have had enough, we ordered toasted sandwiches from our office which is just up the road from them - the lady in our office is a fasting and cannot eat egg - AFTER telling the staff we DO NOT WANT EGG - guess what... we got egg!! - Really now... that same lady had to walk all the way there just for a sandwich she couldn't eat.

Now i will seriously NOT go back - and neither will anyone that works in our company.
