Worse Service Ever

On the evening of the 04/12/2017 (20:20) I purchased a traditional KFC barrel for my family after we done our month end shopping at KFC Vangate mall, upon waiting 40 minutes for my meal. I addressed the person dispatching the take away's that was ordered to find out what the issue was and too look at the time i purchased/ordered the meal. She turned around and started to shout to the kitchen staff whom was preparing the meals for the customers which i find very unprofessional. She then continued working without giving feedback to me and assisted people completely ignoring. This was a total insult that i got treated in this manner by a well know international company in front of my family and other customers. She refused to give her name or let me see her badge. I am truly disgusted and someone needs to take ownership for this bad service.
