Worse service

This comes with a sore heart everytime i go to the kfc on onddekers roodepoort there os always a problem not once did i ever enjoy meal but today tops ot all i speed just over R300 on a family meal firat there is no one at there drive through window i have pictures for proof then my order takes so long i pull to the parking as i need to use the toilet i get told i csn use the toiled cause they are closed and i I'm still waiting for my food so i asked for my money back etc and i really need to pee i rush take the refund after leave it was onky a R120 and 20c is this fair I'm really ****d of at this as everytime my experience at this kfc as not been pleasant i will now do a charge back cause now i am been ****** cause you guys can not even light up the advert board besides i had to drive all the way to makdonlands at 11pm to get food for me and my family is this fair i don't think so i will be taking this matter further as your employee's don't know how to treat customers even the people waiting in line after me where shocked kfc rooderport ondekkers is a joke and just in it to take peoples money this is the 3rd time they have made me leave without taking food from them i want my money back or else i will charge back as you want to robe me and with my charge back you will lose your psp licence yes i know all this if i don't get a response by Friday which tomorrow i will go ahead with @KFC ROODEPOORT ONDDEKERS ROAD
