Worse service

Hi,i bought two burgers and 4 zinger wings and i was told to wait 10 min for the wings as they were still in the oven,after 20min i went to check my order and this lady told me actually im gonna have to wait more coz the wings are not in the oven yet so i must just wait as the person who was suppose to put them in the oven didnt! After all the waiting i did i cancelled my order and the manager came to void my sale,what annoyed me the most was they were both unapologetic and the manager acted like im not even there,she didnt even greet when she got to the till, when i told them they should atleast apologise for the time i waited intsead the manager told the cashier to apologise meaning she wont apologise! Pathetic service!
