Worse place ever

I've ordered a family feest by them this morning and only got half of what I ordered I've been phoning KFC but the line is forever busy I'm extremely upset as this isn't the first bad experience I had with them I mean I've paid R150 for a meal and only got a street wise 3???? This is really not fair at all
