Worse of worse service

Worse service ever.. I placed my order af 20:35 at 21:04 i still have not received my order.. This is the worse service ever.. At kfc bloemfontein fleurdal no urgency.. 11 people waiting some getting served before other people i will definitely take this further and to even Facebook newspapers i will close this business
