Worse KFC franchise

Worse experience ever since 2021 incorrect orders missing burgers all Maitland Store Cape Town next tried Pinelands bit of a upmarket area, you would think no order delivered, no tracking yet it's part of the app offer.....food shows delivered guess what I'm standing and waiting ....call centre worse set up ever I would have sympathy if this was a Uber app or Bolt error, but this was on the KFC app .....
