Worse KFC experience ever...

KFC (Jabulani Mall) is the worst you could think of on an emty stomach, their service is so very bad. The food I had bought for my family was cold, the meat & fries tasted very awful, seemed like it was prepared previously and sold to the customers the following day. This is not the first time as I leave nearby. It clearly shows that, this is how they operate.

Even when it's load shedding, they don't even have backup, imagine time wasted when there are long queue.
