Worse experience at a KFC ever!

Worse experience ever at a KFC! After enquiring why our order number is not on display you are ignored! Then when asking for a second time you get an attitude and told to wait not fully explaining why the number just disappeared. 40 minutes later you only received your order and addressed as "hello hello". It this the customer service that KFC is all about?
