Worse experience

I’m extremely disappointed with KFC. I placed an online order for collection (for my wife and girlfriend), only to arrive and find the store temporarily closed—without any sign explaining why. What’s even more frustrating is that the store accepted my order, making it seem like they were still operating.

When I called customer support for a solution, they only made things worse. I asked them to transfer my order to another store so I could collect it there, but they told me that wasn’t possible. Instead, they offered a refund, which will take 5 to 7 days to process.

Why is the store accepting orders when they know they’re temporarily closed?
